Raad also has a strong background in business law, having served as a Student Attorney at BC Law’s Entrepreneurship & Innovation Clinic where he provided legal counsel to Boston’s startup community on issues ranging from entity formation to intellectual property protection and contract negotiations.
 
Additionally, as a Law Clerk at a Boston immigration firm, Raad assisted immigration attorneys in litigating cases involving asylum applications, withholding of removal, cancellation of removal, and claims under the Convention Against Torture (CAT), offering critical support to individuals navigating the U.S. immigration system.
