Segal Law at the MBA Gala

On Thursday, May 11, 2023, attorneys Sam Segal and Jonathan Wynne attended the Massachusetts Bar Association's Annual Gala at the Westin Seaport Hotel in Boston. During the dinner, attorney Segal, acting in his capacity as Secretary of the Massachusetts Bar Association, presented the Legislator of the Year Award to State Representative Michael S. Day 31st Middlesex District.

Representative Day is the current House chair of the Joint Committee on the Judiciary, where he has sponsored legislation that provided 164 million dollars in bond funding to modernize information technology in our State Courthouses. Representative Day has also worked to increase access to justice by supporting civil legal aid and providing a salary increase to jurists in 2022. We thank Representative Day for his ongoing dedication to the justice system in Massachusetts.
